What these terms cover

These terms cover the website only. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality, and liability. Where a signed engagement agreement says something different from this page, the engagement agreement wins.

The content on this site

The articles, service descriptions, and guidance published here are general information about marketing practice. They are not advice for your specific situation, and nothing here creates a client relationship. Marketing outcomes depend on your market, your product, your pricing, and factors nobody controls, so following anything described here is at your own discretion and risk.

We do not publish performance guarantees. Where a page describes a method, it describes how we work, not a promised result.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract and does not oblige either side to anything. Any quote we give is an offer to provide a defined scope of work, valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise, and it becomes binding only when both sides sign an engagement agreement.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code, and branding on this site belong to KPIPush Digital LLC or its licensors. You may read it, print it, and quote it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale, present it as your own, or use it to train a model that reproduces it substantially, without written permission.

The Admaster name and logo are our marks. Any third-party names mentioned in our articles belong to their owners, and mentioning a platform is not a claim of partnership, endorsement, or certification by it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any connected system.
