Privacy policy
Last updated 28 July 2026
This policy describes what happens to personal data you give to KPIPush Digital LLC, trading as Admaster, through this website. It is written to describe what this site actually does rather than to cover every possibility, and we update it when the site changes.
Who is responsible
The data controller is KPIPush Digital LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For anything in this policy, contact info@admaster.ai.
What we collect
There are three ways this site collects personal data.
The contact form
When you submit the form on the contact page we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, chosen service interest, and message that you type into it. We do not collect anything else through the form, and there are no hidden fields beyond a spam trap that is only ever filled by automated software.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request, including IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp. This happens at the infrastructure level for security and reliability, it is not used to build any profile of you, and we do not combine it with form submissions.
Analytics
We run Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to see which pages people find useful and where they arrive from. This only happens if you accept analytics cookies. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, your device and browser, and which site sent you. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we have not enabled Google Signals or advertising personalisation.
Cookies and consent
Nothing analytical is set until you choose. Google Consent Mode v2 is configured so that analytics and advertising storage both start denied, before the tag manager loads. If you decline, Google Analytics does not write cookies and does not collect your visit.
The banner offers accept and decline with equal prominence. Declining costs you no functionality, and there is no wall, no pre-ticked box, and no longer route to refusing than to agreeing.
We store your choice in your browser’s local storage under a single key so we do not ask again on every page. That is the only thing this site stores of its own accord, and it is stored whichever way you choose.
Why we process it and on what basis
Form submissions are processed to answer your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to set up that engagement. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.
Analytics is processed only on the basis of your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time using the button above. Withdrawing stops future collection; it does not retroactively erase what was already recorded, though you can ask us to delete that too.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. Two service providers process data on our behalf:
- Web3Forms receives your contact form submission and delivers it to our inbox. It acts as a processor for that delivery.
- Vercel hosts this site and generates the server logs described above.
- Google receives analytics data through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, but only after you accept. If you decline, nothing is sent.
Enquiries arrive in our business email inbox, which is where they are read and stored. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to.
International transfers
We are established in the United States and our providers operate globally, so data you send may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where data protection law requires a transfer safeguard, we rely on our providers’ standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months, so we have context if you come back to us, and then deleted. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and then for the period our tax and legal obligations require. Server logs are retained on our provider’s standard schedule, which is short and measured in days rather than years.
Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, which is the shortest period that still allows a year-on-year comparison, and then deleted automatically.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and complain to a supervisory authority. If you are in California, you also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights, and we note that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.
To exercise any of these, email info@admaster.ai. We respond within one month. We will ask you to confirm your identity, which in practice usually means replying from the address you contacted us on.
Children
This site sells business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use data will be described here rather than made quietly.
