Free audit

Free marketing audit

Tell us what you are running. We will look, and then tell you what we found.

The free marketing audit is a review of the accounts you name, run by a senior specialist, followed by a call where we take you through the biggest issues we found and which of them are worth fixing first. There is nothing to hand over to request it and no obligation attached to it. What you get out of it is an outside read of your own accounts from someone who works in them every day.

The offer

What is the free marketing audit?

A senior specialist reviews the accounts you name, then walks you through the biggest issues we found and which are worth fixing first.

Most marketing problems are visible from inside the accounts within an hour, to someone who reads accounts for a living. The issue is rarely that nobody has looked. It is that the person looking is the same person who built it, or a report that flags forty things without saying which three matter.

So this is an outside read. We look at what you are running, we find the things costing you money or hiding the truth about performance, and we tell you which ones we would fix first and which ones we would leave alone.

There is no obligation attached to it and no proposal at the end unless you ask for one. If what we find is that your accounts are in good shape, that is what we will say.

Scope

What do we look at?

Whichever of your accounts is relevant: paid search, SEO, conversion rate, tracking and measurement, and how leads reach your CRM afterwards.

  • PPC and Google Ads

Where the money is going, what the account counts as a conversion, and how much of the spend reached queries you would never have chosen.

  • SEO

Whether the site can be crawled and indexed, whether pages exist for what the business needs to be found for, and whether any of them are competing with each other.

  • CRO

Where people are leaving the conversion path, and whether the pages answer the question that brought someone to them.

  • Tracking and measurement

Whether conversions are counted once, counted at all, and whether the platforms agree with each other about what happened.

  • CRM handoff

Whether a lead arrives in your CRM carrying where it came from, and whether the outcome ever travels back to the platform that produced it.

If you want the full read of one of these rather than the headlines across all of them, that is what the paid audits are. Each one covers a fixed list of named areas and is delivered as a written document you keep.

Process

How does it work?

Three steps. You submit the form, we review the accounts, and a senior specialist takes you through what we found on a call.

  1. Submit the form

Tell us what you are running and what is bothering you about it. Nothing else is needed at this stage: no account access, no credentials, no logins.

  2. We review your accounts

Once read-only access is agreed, a senior specialist goes through the accounts by hand. Not a scanner, and not a junior working from a checklist.

  3. A specialist walks you through it

We take you through what we found on a call, in the order we would fix it, and answer the awkward questions about it while we are there.

Access

What do we need from you?

Nothing to request it. Read-only access is agreed after our first reply, and only to the accounts the audit you chose actually needs.

Nothing is needed to request the audit. No account access, no credentials, no logins, and nothing to prepare before you send the form.

Read-only access is agreed after our first reply and before the audit begins. Which accounts depends on what you selected on the form.

  • PPC and Google AdsGoogle Ads, or the relevant ad platforms where you run more than one
  • SEOSearch Console and GA4
  • CROGA4
  • Tracking and measurementGA4, Google Ads and the tag manager
  • Access is read-only

We ask for the level of access that lets us look and nothing more. Nobody needs to hand over a password at any point.

  • We make no changes

No account is edited during an audit. If we think something should change, it goes in the findings and you decide.

  • Access can be revoked

As soon as the walkthrough is done, you can remove our access. Nothing we leave behind depends on keeping it.

Fit

Who is the free audit for?

Businesses already spending on marketing who suspect something is wrong, and anyone who has inherited accounts and wants an outside read first.

  • Businesses already spending on marketing who suspect something is wrong but cannot name it
  • Anyone who has just inherited an account or a site and wants an outside read before touching it
  • Teams whose reported results and actual revenue have stopped agreeing with each other
  • Anyone about to increase budget who would rather know what they are scaling first
  • People currently choosing between agencies, who want to see how one of them actually thinks

Questions

What do people ask before requesting one?

Whether it really costs nothing, what happens on the call, how long it takes, what access is needed, and what happens afterwards.

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no fee, no card, and no obligation to buy anything afterwards. We do it because reviewing an account is how we find out whether we can help, and because a specific conversation about your accounts is worth more to both of us than a sales call about ours.

What happens on the call?

A senior specialist takes you through the biggest issues we found, in the order we would fix them, and explains what each one is costing you. You can ask anything, including whether the fix is worth doing at all. If we think a problem needs somebody other than us, we say so.

How long does it take?

We reply within one business day. Once read-only access is in place, the review itself is normally done within a few working days, depending on how many accounts are in scope and how tangled the measurement turns out to be.

Do I have to give you access to anything?

Not to request it. Access is agreed after our first reply, it is read-only, and it covers only the accounts relevant to what you selected. We make no changes to any account during an audit, and you can revoke access as soon as the walkthrough is finished.

How is this different from the paid audits?

The free audit surfaces the biggest issues we can see and tells you which are worth fixing first, delivered on a call. A paid audit is a structured read of one discipline against a fixed list of named areas, written up with the evidence attached, ranked by impact and effort, and delivered as a document you keep. Many people start here and decide afterwards.

What happens after the call?

Whatever you want to happen. Plenty of people take what we found and fix it themselves, which is a fine outcome. If you want us to do the work, we scope it and quote it in writing. We do not chase, and there is no sequence of follow-up emails waiting for you.
