Tell us what is not working

The more specific you are, the more useful the first reply will be. Account access is not needed to start a conversation.

Send us a message

We read every enquiry ourselves. There is no qualification form in front of a sales team, because there is no sales team.

We reply within one business day.

Before you write

What should you put in the message?

Whatever you are running, what changed recently, and the number that made you go looking. Account access is not needed to start.

The most useful enquiries are specific about the symptom rather than the solution. “Our cost per lead has doubled since March and we changed the landing page in February” gets a better first reply than “we need help with Google Ads”, because the first one can be reasoned about before anybody logs in.

Rough figures are fine and are better than none. Monthly spend to the nearest thousand, a rough conversion count, and what a customer is worth are enough to say whether the economics work at all. If you do not know what a customer is worth, the target CPL calculator works it out from figures you do have, and nothing you type in it reaches us.

You do not need to prepare anything, grant account access, or fill in a brief. The form asks for five things and four of them are contact details, which is deliberate: a qualification questionnaire in front of a first conversation is a way of filtering people for the convenience of a sales team, and there is no sales team here.

After you send

What happens after you send it?

A reply from the person who would do the work, within one business day, usually naming the two things we would check first.

The first reply is not a calendar link. It is an actual answer to what you sent, which is possible because the person reading it is the person who would do the work. Most of the time it names the two things we would look at first, whether or not you go any further.

If it makes sense to talk, the next step is a short call with no deck, then an audit scoped and priced before it starts. The full sequence, including who we turn away and what we commit to instead of results, is on how we work.

We will also tell you when the answer is that you do not need us, or that somebody else fits better. That is a real outcome of these conversations rather than a line in a brochure, and it is cheaper for everyone than three months of finding out.

Not yet

What if you are not ready to talk to anyone?

Read the cost pages, run the calculators, or check the comparisons. All of it works without talking to anybody, which is the point.

Most people arriving here are still working out whether they need an agency at all, and pushing them into a call is how that question gets answered badly. Everything needed to answer it independently is published.
