1. Our Services

2. Intellectual Property Rights
We own or license all content, source code, trademarks, etc. “Content” and “Marks” are protected.
You have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Providing false information may lead to account suspension or termination.

- defraud or trick users

- violate laws

- upload malicious content
- use bots/scripts/data mining
- remove copyright notices
- impersonate others
- upload tracking/surveillance mechanisms
- overload the Services
- harass employees or agents
- bypass restrictions
- copy/adapt software or reverse-engineer
- use a purchasing agent
- run revenue-generating uses without authorization
5. User Generated Contributions
Any user submissions (text, media, etc.) must not infringe on others’ rights; you must own or have permission to share them. You retain ownership, but grant us rights to use and share freely. Submissions must be lawful, non-harmful, non-infringing, and not violate privacy or publicity rights. Violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
6. Contribution License
By submitting content or feedback, you allow us to use, store, process, and share it in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We don’t claim ownership and you remain responsible for your content.
7. Services Management
We may monitor usage, remove content, restrict access, or disable the Services to protect rights or ensure proper function.

Services are hosted in the U.S. Use outside the U.S. implies consent to data transfer.
9. Term and Termination
Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may terminate access at our discretion for any reason without notice. Termination prohibits creating new accounts.

We may modify or discontinue content or Services at any time. We are not liable for any resulting loss, downtime, or inconvenience.
11. Governing Law

12. Dispute Resolution
Any legal action must be filed in state or federal courts in Sheridan, Wyoming. You waive defenses of lack of jurisdiction or convenience. Claims must be brought within one (1) year.

16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and defend us for any claims arising from:
- your use of the Services
- breach of these Terms
- violation of representations
- infringement of third-party rights
- harmful actions toward other users
We may assume control of defense efforts.

We store data you provide and perform regular backups, but you are responsible for your data. We are not liable for data loss or corruption.
